The Astrawolves are Terra's best and brightest amongst the stars, seen everywhere from their home in the Sol system, to as far as the mysterious Umbral system 20 light years away. These curious canines vary in size, shape, and personality, but all of them will steal your heart with just one look.

By Purchasing "Astrawolf - VRChat" grants you legal ownership of the product; the provision of a license key at the time of purchase from legal store pages validates your ownership of the product. This ownership is non-transferable and cannot be shared with or otherwise divided between several individuals or entities.

Permitted Uses:

You are permitted to:

• Edit, customize, or otherwise modify the Astrawolf avatar for personal use.
• Use the Astrawolf for creating videos or streaming such as VTubing or live streaming.
• Use the Astrawolf in renders and photos for personal use.
• Commission or be commissioned to make retextured and/or modified versions of the Astrawolf as long as both parties own legal copies of the avatar.
• Create and sell assets for the Astrawolf avatar base and use the model within commercial photos for said assets. The original files are not allowed to be included with the product.
• Create public, cloneable avatars for VRChat, as long as the credits plane is included and links to the store page(s) are included in the description. (Public avatars are subject to these Terms of Service.)
• You are allowed to modify the files to upload to other platforms such as ChilloutVR or Resonite for personal use only.

Prohibited Uses:

It is prohibited to:

• Take credit for the creation of the Astrawolf or misrepresent yourself as the creator. Please credit the creator, @LegacyTwoTails, or link to the store page(s) where possible.
• Sell, redistribute, or share the product files, irrespective of any alterations made without prior permission from the creator, @LegacyTwoTails. Distribution includes any method of making the files accessible to others beyond the scope of a commission, either for free or for a fee.
• Upload or otherwise add the Astrawolf to an account within an application, such as VRChat, where the account holder does not have legal ownership, irrespective of any alterations made.
• Upload or otherwise use the Astrawolf for AI generation or AI learning under any circumstances.
• Use the Astrawolf for commercial purposes, such as - but not limited to - merchandise, paid services or media, and promotional material such as sponsorship or advertisement videos. Use for promotion of assets made for the Astrawolf are allowed, and a commercial license may be given on a case by case basis. Send me, @LegacyTwoTails, a direct message to discuss if you wish to receive a commercial license.
• Use the Astrawolf in any form of illeagal, inappropriate, or dehumanization (racism, violence, homophobia, etc.) acts.
• Undertake any actions that concern the Astrawolf that have not been explicitly authorized by the creator.
• Obtain the product files through any means if you do not have legal ownership.
• Remove the credits located in the head for public VRChat avatars.

Acknowledgements:

• The creator reserves the right to maintain credit of the avatar, the Astrawolf, in any and all contexts in which it is used.
• The creator disclaims responsibility for any inappropriate or illegal use of the model.
• You may create or sell art, such as drawings, fursonas, or fursuits of the Astrawolf, as long as it's not stolen, traced, or using content you do not have legal access to.
